We have 10 of these for our MT gym and they are the perfect size for almost all of our students. You can move easily and they stay in place and absorb stikes of all kind well.

A Must for All Coaches
I bought a few of these for my classes and they stand up very well to regular abuse. The only reason I gave 4 stars is I hope the metal D Ring was a bit larger. Sometimes when totally tired and starpping on, we are not as accurate to loop into the narrow ring. Otherwise, thumbs up!
