    I love these focus mitts and they're a perfect fit for my hands. Not too big not too small. I'm a 5ft 6 125lbs Goju Ryu karate black belt and amateur MMA fighter/coach and these are perfect for training boxing fundamentals and helping your team actually focus by hitting a "small" target in reference to a body & head in motion. Highly appreciated and recommended.
