They are great if you want flow pads, not too heavy but incredibly durable. They Velcro stays on so it doesn’t have to be constantly adjusted. Snug fit that stays put. Super comfortable and can be used for kicks abs knees so you don’t have to switch to muaythai pads if you don’t want to. 5/5
