High quality material that doesn’t disturb you while training at all. I’m 5’8 around 168 and the M fits perfect. I wear this any time I can and wish I had more of the same. Love concept and comfort.

The quality is incredible. It’s a slick material but it does not get that weird rough patch stuff from abrasion. The fit, stitching, graphics, and quality are amazing. I’m 5’9”, 195 lbs and an XL fits perfect. Not snug but not loose at all. It’s so good I bought another one.
