You Need These Kick Shield
We have about 3-4 iterations of the Combat Corner Striketuff Punch and Kickshield, each one has become better in a small way. We use this for our foundation building as it takes away from the worry of a new person not being able to hold Thai pads and possibly being injured with a kick or missed punch. Some of the coaches even use these as thigh pads by strapping them to a belt, allowing the fighters to kick as hard as they want without worrying about damage to the leg the next day. Our oldest kick shields are about 6-8 years old and only now are they being rotated out and looking to purchase a replacement.

I can’t begin to explain how dope these are! Not only are they durable and can take a huge heavy fuckin kick and absorb the blunt of it saving the pad holder damage to the leg but there are so many options for handles and placement. Will never purchase another brand!
