Support and protection
I honestly love these for when I’m doing drills. They help protect my ankle and understand if I’m hitting too low on my leg while reducing the likelihood I’ll hurt my ankle as I readjust. I like these a lot as they are both ankle supports and protection. You’ll have to adjust the padding back to center occasionally but that’s what you do with shin pads and other pads so that’s not an issue. That’s the sport. For the record, I do Muay Thai.
